BBQ Menu

An example of the menu which we can provide and one that has been tried and tested many times, is as follows.

As a Starter

or to satisfy any hungry children, we cook delicious pork sausages which can be coated in a mustard and honey glaze then served on sticks. Ideal for when the guests are enjoying drinks before the main bbq is ready.

The Foukou Main Course.

Rolled Rib of beef, stuffed with Parma ham and Olives and Horseradish.
Chicken Thigh meat (off the bone) marinated in sweet chilli, lemon Juice and Soy Sauce.
Pork Loin stuffed with sundried Tomatoes, Olives.
We also have a Vegetarian option.

Add On's

(designed to compliment the main course)
A classic potato salad with fresh chives and mint, and/or couscous
Tomato and Basil Salad
Tossed Green salad with an aged balsamic and olive oil dressing.

Puddings

The puddings are all custom made to suit your requirements, but as a suggestion we recommend:
Chocolate Roulade served with fresh cream and seasonal berries
Pavlova with zesty lemon cream filling, topped with fresh ripe strawberries.
As a special treat we make a whipped cream with fruit liquor
Selection of Cheesecakes and Merengue Roulades

Other

We can supply the following if required:
Crockery, china plates and good quality stainless stell cutlery
Smart disposable plates and cutlery to suit
Napkins
